Can you cover all my hardware and applications? We work primarily with Windows PC's and Servers, Apple hardware and software as well as many other types of technology

How and when is support delivered? Being a small team we have close relationships with our clients and make ourselves available at all times even outside normal office hours, weekends, holidays etc. Wherever possible we will endeavour to provide the required support instantly or at the soonest mutually convenient time.
